Return Policy

We do not accept cash/card returns in store or online. We do accept exchanges for brand new items with receipt in store and online for up to 14 days after the purchase was made. No exchanges will be honored on pre-owned products. To exchange a brand new product, the item is required to be in brand new condition with tags still attached. This will be at the discretion of a sales associate or a manager. Any items with signs of wear cannot be exchanged. (Signs of wear include but are not limited to: Odors, Scratches, Dirt Or Debris On The Product, etc.)
